This is a particular care for carers of child autists, it makes them vulnerable to so many dangers.

 

But it is not confined to any age group-people don’t “grow ot of it”. Another less apparent danger for older autists is that wandering is frequently misdiagnosed as pre..or full dementia and treated that way with restriction and mind-altering drugs. This is another reason (see my book) to get diagnosed EARLY and take other precautions against medical errors.
